SMS Messaging Terms — Ghostwire Systems LLC

These SMS Messaging Terms govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) program offered through DaqsPickEm, operated by Ghostwire Systems LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). They supplement, and are part of, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1) Your Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from us at the number you provide — including pick reminders, results, account and security alerts, and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of creating an account. If you do not opt in, you can still use the Service; you simply will not receive texts.

2) Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan; we do not charge for the messages themselves. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.

3) Opt Out — Reply STOP

You may cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. To rejoin, opt in again through your account settings or reply START.

4) Help — Reply HELP

For help, text HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at admin@ghostwiresystems.com. Our HELP reply will identify the program and direct you to support.

5) Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. The mobile carriers are not the sponsors of, and are not responsible for, this messaging program.

6) Privacy

Mobile information you provide for this program — your number and your consent record (including the date, time, and IP address of your opt-in) — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

7) Changes

We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by a new Effective Date above, and continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, reply STOP to end the program.
